On October 12, 2010, Radisson entered into a joint venture on its Detour East property with Balmoral Resources Ltd. entitling it to earn a 51% interest therein by spending $1,800,000 on the property over a three year period plus an additional 9% interest by providing within the subsequent three years a 43-101 report showing a minimum measured and indicated resource of 500,000 ounces of gold on the Detour East property or by completing additional expenditures on the property of no less than $1,500,000. |
