WORK PERFORMED BY RDS

The work that Radisson carried out in 2004 and 2005 verified the lateral and depth extensions of Zone 36 E. During the 2004 diamond drilling program, the zone was followed to a vertical depth of 1350 m. Drill hole KW04-01A yielded many anomalous gold values, the most interesting being a grade of 13.7 g/t over a length of 0.3m. Therefore, Zone 36 E continues well beyond the existing infrastructures (level - 600 m).

Towards the east, the 2005 drilling work traced Zone 36 E laterally up to the Kewagama shaft. This allowed the lateral extensions of Zone 36 E to be increased from 350 m to close to 850 m. The actual drilling density does not allow resources in this sector to be calculated. However, it greatly increases the potential for finding additional resources laterally.
